DELIVERY POLICIES
For all orders, we will process them within 24 hours from the time the order is successfully placed. Free Standard shipment and Priority Shipment will be sent via International Delivery (ID). Once your order has delivered, you will get an email with tracking information.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Ensure you enter the right address during checkout because:
We may be obliged to contact you for an update on the delivery information if there is inaccurate or missing information that we can identify on our end, which could delay the delivery of your order.
Since all of the things will be donated as soon as they are returned to our warehouse, we are not liable if your order is delivered to the incorrect location or returned to the sender.
We are not responsible if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged if you ask the final mile carrier to forward or reroute it after the order has left our warehouse.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
The buyer is liable for any applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes. We offer DDU and DDP shipping for packages. Once the recipient picks up their goods, import fees will apply to DDU shipments. Duties and taxes are collected at the time of purchase for items that are shipped DDP, and no further payment is due at final delivery.
We are required by customs authorities to print the order’s value directly on your delivery. Your package may be released or denied by customs officials, and in very uncommon circumstances, delivery may be delayed.
