You will not incur any additional costs for the exchange.

Exchanges due to personal reasons from customers

You will be required to cover all shipping costs for the exchange, or pay the difference if swapping for a more expensive model. Please note, nocturnal® does not offer refunds for the price difference if exchanging for a product of lesser value.

When sending items back to nocturnal® for an exchange or return, please clearly write your order number on the outside of the package. This will help us identify and process your request as quickly as possible.
