Orders can be delivered to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territory. These addresses require that orders be delivered by International Delivery.

Since all of the things will be donated as soon as they are returned to our warehouse, we are not liable if your order is delivered to the incorrect location or returned to the sender.
We are not responsible if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged if you ask the final mile carrier to forward or reroute it after the order has left our warehouse.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
The buyer is liable for any applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes. We offer DDU and DDP shipping for packages. Once the recipient picks up their goods, import fees will apply to DDU shipments. Duties and taxes are collected at the time of purchase for items that are shipped DDP, and no further payment is due at final delivery.
We are required by customs authorities to print the order’s value directly on your delivery. Your package may be released or denied by customs officials, and in very uncommon circumstances, delivery may be delayed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
RETURNS
- We want you to be completely happy with your Nocturnal-us.com purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will gladly offer a store credit, refund, or exchange for any returned product. Sales items (final sales) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Returns need to be marked and mailed within 30 days of products receipt (order date found on the invoice). Exchanges will only be accepted for the same product in a different color or size. Products must be in its original condition (new, unused, and unwashed), with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (where applicable).
- Packaged products may be returned even if they have been opened; however, tags and labels have to remain attached to the item.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment or store credit.
- Alteration fees are non-refundable.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- A return shipping fee + USD$5 handling fee per items will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of shipping and restocking.
- If you choose the store credits instead of refund to your original payment, The handling fee is USD$0 per item.
- Items purchased in Hawaii may not be exchanged, or price adjusted in the U.S. mainland.
- Items purchased in the United States mainland, nocturnal-us.com, or other countries are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or price adjustments in Hawaii.
- Refund time: 14 business days from when we receive the items in our warehouse
- Please provide the original packing list with your return to prevent processing delays. When the package is received, our warehouse will handle the return and notify you through email.
- We retain the right, at any time, without notice, to correct, amend, or change our returns/refund/exchange policy.
- Please visit contact us via email cs@nocturnal-us.com to process a return. The following address should receive all returns and exchanges, which should be sent in a secure package via insured traceable mail.
EXCHANGES
- We only accept refunds and not exchanges. If you want to exchange one or more products from your order, you can do so first by returning the item(s) and then placing a new order for the preferred item(s).
