Information for the returns

Please contact our email support at cs@nocturnal-us.com to receive the most convenient return address for you.

nocturnal® will dispatch a new order once the return has been received from you.

Faulty items, incorrect size/model

You will not incur any additional costs for the returns.

Exchanges regulations

We only accept refunds and not exchanges. If you want to exchange one or more products from your order, you can do so first by returning the item(s) and then placing a new order for the preferred item(s).

Include your order ID on the return package

When sending items back to nocturnal® for return and refund request, please clearly write your order number on the outside of the package. This will help us identify and process your request as quickly as possible.
